Resumen de Investigación

Lifestyle programme linked to lasting weight loss in some adults at high diabetes risk

Moderate confidence
High bias
Última actualización 15 de junio de 2026

Conclusión Clave:

This study followed adults at high risk of type 2 diabetes after a primary-care lifestyle programme in Poland. Among the 105 people with complete 3-year follow-up, many lost weight during the intervention and a smaller subgroup kept that weight off afterward. Because there was no concurrent control group in this analysis, the findings should be interpreted cautiously.
